Gates in his post confirms that he has decided to leave the board of both Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway (investment holding company owned by Warren Buffet). However, this doesn't mean that Gates completely gives up his work in both companies, because as he assured himself, he wants to continue to participate in the development of these companies and help other employees achieve their goals. Bill Gates explains that he made such a decision because he feels the desire to become more involved in philanthropic activities. Gates wants to focus on cases related to health and climate change around the world.
