LG during 2018 already announced two phones from V series: LG V30S ThinQ and LG V35 ThinQ. However, one of a close LG's sources informed that LG is working on successor of V30 - LG V40. The most interesting part of V40's specification may be number of cameras implemented to smartphone because the same source says that LG will use 5 cameras in their upcoming device.
Phone probably will have two cameras on front, and one of them will be responsible for 3D face mapping. On the back LG will locate three lenses - one standard camera, second ultra-wide lens and third, undefined - it's speculated that LG may use zoom lens as a third one. It seems that LG V40 will be the first phone on the market with 5 cameras released by as big company as LG.
