By the end of current year Apple will present three new iPhones - two of them will debut with OLED display, and one will have standard LED screen. This time giant from California will cooperate with LG when it comes to the production of displays for upcoming devices.
The newest reports say that LG will deliver 3-4 million units of OLED displays in 2018, but firm wants to improve this number in future - LG plans that they will improve production of this displays to 10 million of units. Samsung will be responsible for the production of rest of OLED screens. What's more, LG will be the only supplier of 6,1-inch LCD screens for the cheapest variant of upcoming iPhones - basing on reports it seems that LG will produce 20 million of these displays.
