Pete Lau, CEO of OnePlus said after premiere of OnePlus 6 that their clients shouldn't expect that firm will release OnePlus 6T if they won't have opportunity to make significant improvements in phone, so the vast majority of people associated with the mobile market thought that OnePlus won't release this device and Chinese company will focus on OnePlus 7. What’s surprising, the newest information published on the Internet unveiled that OnePlus 6T probably will be released on the market.
In this case we expect that physically OnePlus 6T will be very similar to Oppo R17 because Oppo and OnePlus are owned by the same parent company - BBK Electronics and in the past OnePlus's devices had many common features in comparision to some Oppo's phones. In other aspects OnePlus may decide to add wireless charging if phone will have glass back as OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T may receive IP68 certification, because OnePlus 6 in practice is waterproof but phone haven't received this certificate. According to the information from well-oriented sources OnePlus 6T will cost 550$, but this price may be changed and phone may be available for purchase in T-Mobile shops. This cooperation may improve number of sold units of new OnePlus's phone. It looks that if these rumors are real, then phone will have its premiere in October.
