Probably in 2024 the new Ultra model from Samsung will see changes in terms of the telephoto lens used in it.

Then the company is to replace the existing solution, but so far there is no exact information about the solutions that Samsung will use. It will probably be a 10x periscope zoom, but it is also possible to use a 3x module. In the case of the upcoming models from the Galaxy S23 series, the telephoto lenses are not to change compared to the solutions from the Galaxy S22 phones, and all improvements will be made on the software side. However, it seems that the real revolution in this aspect is waiting for us just in 2024.
