Many customers using Android may not even know about it, but the entire Android brand has been owned by Google for several years. Initially, the owners of Android strongly focused on the development of the Android brand, which can be seen, among other things, by example of Android TV, where Google resigned from placing the company name in the product, but after some actions of the company such as changing the name of Android Wear to WearOS, Android Pay on Google Pay or Android Market on the Google Play Store you can see that Google name is increasingly scrolling in the names of services associated with Android. And this is not the end of changes.
The latest reports indicate that Android TV is another service that will be rebranded. From now on the service will be called Google TV. Service operation itself should not change. Probably similar rebranding awaits other services with Android in the name, but according to journalists name of the system is safe and for a long time Android will still remain with its traditional name.
