A lot of BlackBerry fans are concerned, that their beloved phone will eventually get rid of the physical keyboard. That caused Alex Thurber, Senior Vice President for BlackBerry Global Device Sales, to tweet:
"In response to some recent press reports, I want to be clear that BlackBerry users have nothing to fear - the keyboard is here to stay."
This means the company will surely look for new ways to improve their devices, but they will do it with the physical keyboard on the phone. We can also assume, that the new Android-powered devices that will come this year from BlackBerry will include this old-school feature.
