Sanctions imposed by the US on Huawei a few weeks ago could have been a big problem for a Chinese entrepreneur, but ultimately the US government withdrew this idea. It seemed that it was the end of the manufacturer's problems, but it turns out that this company may now have problems in other countries. More specifically, we speak about the Czech Republic and North Korea.
The latest information indicates that Huawei could had helped the North Korean government to build a wireless Internet network in the country. This would mean that Huawei was breaking international agreements which forbidden companies to cooperate with this country due to violations of human rights and development of nuclear weapons program on its territory. At the same time, the Czech media reached information from two former employees of the company, who indicate that Huawei could has collected secretly the personal data of customers from that country. Huawei quickly responded to both allegations, claiming that all personal data collection in all countries takes place, but only in legal way, allowed by law regulations. Potential cooperation with North Korea has been denied. However, if it will turn out that any of these rumors is true, then Huawei may again get into big trouble.
