Users have long expected that this function will be expanded and, according to the latest information, work on it is still ongoing. The new feature will allow you to promote older posts that will be displayed at the top of your profile after pinning them. What's more, some Internet users mention that their profiles have already had the option of linking their posts to the main profile on Instagram, but this is only a limited group of users who have access to the new feature as part of the tests.
