Nowadays it would be very hard to imagine a phone without cameras. Currently, there is a rivalry between companies regarding the number of used lenses in the devices. Most companies use a combination of two lenses on the back of the phone, but some phones have already received solutions with three cameras at the back and two at the front. If you think that this number of lenses is unnecessary, what would you think about a new LG's solution? Company from South Korea has patented a smartphone that according to plan would receive 16 lenses on the back!

United States Patent and Trademark Office confirmed that LG patented smartphone with these amount of camera lenses. This number seems to be insane and a bit unnecessary, but if we look closer then this idea seems interesting. All lenses would take the pictures at the same time, and then user could choose the photo that looks the best in his or her opinion. However, we need to remember that this solution is only a patent so far and it is not known if it will ever be used in any device.
