Motorola has announced that the testing of Android 6.0 Marshmallow update is just being performed. This info came from David Schuster on Google+ (Motorola's senior director of software).
The update is currently in the phase of soak testing, which means only a small group of users will be able to download the update. A full launch should follow shortly after the test are done.
