Telegram boasts of its standard slogan in many places. In the FAQ of the application or just after its first launch, users are shown the sentence "Telegram is free forever. No ads. No subscription fees". However, everything indicates that this state of affairs will change in the near future and Telegram will provide users with a paid premium service.
In the application code, text fragments were found indicating the resignation from the completely free application format. The owners of Telegram have not yet spoken on this matter, but we can expect that two versions of the application will be available to choose from. Using the paid version of the application will allow you to distinguish your nickname with a special badge, but also thanks to this version of the application, users will gain access to new, full-size stickers. In the free version, however, all users will have unlimited cloud storage available for storing archive chats and multimedia.
