More and more social networks decide to implement a function that allows sharing content to a limited group of users. In the past, this feature debuted on Instagram under the name "Close Friends", and now a similar feature is appearing on Twitter. It was named "Circle".

The new feature will allow you to create a closed group of users to whom you can send a tweet. Before sending each tweet, it will be possible to set whether a specific message is to be sent to all users of the portal, or only to a selected part of them. It is worth emphasizing that each user can create own circle and it can contain up to 150 accounts. If the message is sent to a limited number of accounts, only selected users will be able to see and reply to the posted tweet, and it will be impossible to retweet the message. However, it will be possible to make screenshots of the posted content. For now, this feature is in the testing phase and it is being added to the accounts of some users, regardless of whether they are using the application or the browser version of Twitter.
