HMD some time ago confirmed that all of their devices currently available on the market will receive Android's update to Oreo version. Some companies did it faster, but we should say a good word about HMD because they didn't miss any of their devices. After Nokia 6 (model from 2018) and Nokia 7 now it's time for update dedicated to Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 (model from 2017).
Update weights 1,8GB and it will gradually be released all over the world. In the nearest future HMD will release update for Nokia 2, Nokia 3, and obviously Nokia 1 because this phone was created in cooperation with Google as part of Android Go series.
