Essential Phone is a device that appeared on the market in 2017 thanks to Andy Rubin, one of the creators of Android system. This smartphone stood out on the market with an unusual physical appearance (it was the first phone with a notch at the top of the screen) and producers promised regular system updates. The device didn't meet with good reception on the market, so it was easy to guess that Essential Phone project will not succeed despite many interesting solutions that device could offer many users. From today we are sure that this is the end of Essential Phone on the market.
Essential has released an official statement in which we can read that all Essential Phone units have been sold out and company is not planning to replenish its inventory. Essential company is still planning to update the device and sell many accessories, and what's most interesting - based on the information from the latest statement, we can conclude that company is planning to launch another mobile device. Because of the problems with selling Essential Phone it's hard to believe in it, but we will have to wait a bit longer for further information.
