A few days ago, Google introduced its new phones from the Pixel 6 series. These phones have impressive specifications and certainly should be considered one of the best phones on the market that run on the Android system. Unfortunately, some issues have not been fully elaborated on. An example of such neglect is the operation of the fingerprint sensor.
Users from the premiere of the equipment complain that the operation of the fingerprint reader in the new Pixels is slow and unreliable. Google officially responded to these allegations, explaining that the fingerprint reader works slower on purpose. Ultimately, this should support the operation of the equipment in terms of security. The reader reacting slower to the fingerprint can more accurately verify whether the owner of the phone is trying to unlock the hardware. Users complain, however, that the operation of the fingerprint reader is not accurate and often in order to unlock the phone, you need to put your finger several times until the reader unlocks the smartphone. This is not the first problem with fingerprint readers in Pixel 6. The problem of tight connection of the fingerprint reader with the phone's motherboard has already been noted, which in the event of a damage will make it much more difficult to repair displays in Pixel 6.
