Despite the fact that Spotify is currently the most popular music streaming site, several similar projects have already appeared on the market. Apple Music may be a particularly strong rival for Spotify, but Spotify wants to gradually increase its customer base and show its competitors who is the definite number one on the market. To encourage new users to test the service, Spotify decided to slightly modify the trial period of the Premium version of its application.
Until now, all new users could test Premium version of Spotify for free for 30 days, which allowed, inter alia, to listen to music without advertisements. From now this period has been extended and it will last for 90 days. Everything seems to indicate that this is not a one-off action, and change in trial period of Premium version will be implemented permanently. The offer applies only to new users who have never used the Premium service on Spotify on their account.
