Phones produced by Xiaomi were known for their low price, which was resulted, among other things, from the use of cheaper LCD screens. Perhaps new phones made by Xiaomi will be more expensive, because today Chinese company announced that they will use the OLED display manufactured by Samsung in their new flagship device. That's why we can expect a higher price of Xiaomi Mi7.
How we know, this display will be 6-inch and first batch will deliver about 1 million of displays. In next months Samsung will send 2,2 million more units of displays to Xiaomi. Initially it seemed that Xiaomi will use 5,5-inch OLED screens produced by LG in Mi7, but companies finally hadn't reached an agreement.
