Although there appeared a problem in taking pictures after the release of a new device - if you hold the phone at a certain angle, this lens captures the "halo" effect (what means that there arises ring in white colour). This issue can be seen in the pictures below.
Finally, Google now confirmed that such a problem exists and is caused by the software. The reaction was quick - update is going to be released in the upcoming weeks.
