BlackBerry has announced that it's acquiring Good Technology. The acquisition will cost BlackBerry $425 million in cash. In contrast to BlackBerry, Good Company was always more multiplatform company. BlackBerry thinks that it'll close the deal by the end of November and start making money from Good's business right away.
That would be a boring business story, but their history is quite amusing. The two companies have clashed in the past, with both companies making not polite comments about eachother. For example, you can check it out here.
How their new relationship will function, we don't know, but let's hope we'll see some "good technology" coming out of it.
