Some time ago Nokia phones were considered as one of the best devices on market in terms of camera. Even today some phones like Nokia 808 PureView make photos in great quality because phone was equipped with 41mpx camera on back. It seems that after sentimental comeback of Nokia 3310 on market, now HMD will try to go back to the roots, because HMD has acquired rights to the PureView brand. Previously PureView brand belonged to Microsoft.
This step may indicate that HMD in its new smartphones will try to refer to the years of Nokia's splendor. Apart from obtaining the rights to the PureView brand, it is worth mentioning reports from several months ago - on the Internet we could read about HMD plans for creating a smartphone in cooperation with ZEISS which will be equipped with five lenses forming a circle. Such a set of cameras would well refer to Nokia 808 PureView and we think that HMD will try to combine PureView brand with this set of cameras.
