Collecting data about users is everyday life in XXI century. Companies collect our data for various purposes, among others to adapt the ads to each user. In most situations, in order for the user data to reach large companies, the user must agree for it and he or she must be aware of this state of affairs, but as it turns out, some companies collect data about their clients without their confirmation. Information about secret deal between two firms appeared on the Internet, and Mastercard and Google are involved in the case.

We can read that Google cooperated with Mastercard for around year. Google purchased information about clients which had Mastercard in their wallet, and basing on information which described offline shopping with credit card, Google connected received data with their advertisements on the Internet. According to information which were published on the Internet, Google paid Mastercard "millions of dollars" for these information, but both companies claim that such cooperation did not take place. What's more, Mastercard reported that firm had never published information about their clients without their permission, but what the truth is? Only heads of Google and Mastercard companies know this.
