As we know, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and S7 has two variants: one with chipset called Exynos 8890 and the other one named Qualcomm Snapdragon 820.
We saw some test before that showed us the Snapdragon 820 is better at single-core CPU and GPU tests, while Exynos leads in multi-core tests.
This time the YouTube channel PhoneBuff did a speed test of both phones (with diffrent chipsets).
The test has checked how quickly apps are loaded from storage. Exynos was slightly quicker durning the test. We can assume multi-core advantege helps a lot here.
The second test checks how many apps can the phones handle without having to reload the app completely. It looks like the Exynos flips back to apps very quickly while the Snapdragon has to reload them from scratch.
