The Witcher is a brand that has had many different productions set in the world of Geralt of Rivia. A special series about The Witcher produced by Netflix has appeared on the market, and the Polish studio CD Projekt RED has created a popular game for consoles and desktops. Now it's time for creating a special mobile game from the Witcher universe.
The new game designed for phones is going to be called The Witcher: Monster Slayer. The company Spokko, part of the CD Projekt group, will be responsible for its production. The game is going to be based on augmented reality, thanks to which fights with monsters will gain value. Monster characters will appear in the place where we are currently. For this reason, the fighting process will in some respects resemble the Pokemon catching model in the well-known Pokemon GO. In terms of the plot, the game for phones is going to refer to the plot of the main game of The Witcher created by CD Projekt. The Witcher: Monster Slayer will appear on both Android and iOS.
