HTC currently is in bad situation - company doesn't sell a lot of devices, and even they lost most of staff which worked in mobile section, because Google hired them. That's why HTC is forced to reduce number of its projects for 2018. At this moment it looks that we should expect one premiere of the flagship device and only a few mid-range phones with Android system.
The biggest opportunity to improve the financial condition of the company will be around February or March when HTC will probably present HTC U12, which may debut with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and dual camera setup on back. In January 2018 we are expecting presentation of HTC U11+'s downgraded version which obviously will be cheaper.
