Now another feature similar to the option from another social network may be introduced to the platform. This time it is about a retweet function from Twitter, which is to be adapted to Instagram in a similar form.
Although Instagram officially does not talk about being inspired by Twitter, the operation of the new function is very similar to the retweet function from Twitter. Reposting is going to receive a separate section in the user profile. The function itself will allow you to pass the photo or recording to your followers and they will be able to reply to the content forwarded by commenting on it. So far, this feature is in the testing phase, as confirmed by Meta.
