Nokia is a legendary company that is mainly known for its activities in the past, which at that time was based largely on the creation of mobile phones. For several years, however, Nokia has not made phones, and the Nokia phone brand is developed by another company - HMD. Among other things, for this reason, Nokia decided to symbolically start a new era by changing the official logotype.

Pekka Lundmark, the company's CEO, stated unequivocally that the old Nokia logo is associated with a company that manufactures phones, while currently Nokia deals with generally understood business technologies, led by the development of the 5G network. This is the first major change to the company's logo in almost 60 years. The distinctive blue color has been abandoned, as has the existing font. Instead, the new logotype uses five different shapes resembling standard letters, and the colors of the graphics depend on the context of its use. However, the inscription itself is in white.
