His channel for years was on the first in terms of the number of subscriptions collected on the portal and only this year it fell to second place with its result of 102 million subscriptions. It may be impressive that PewDiePie has been running almost constantly on YouTube for nine years, so it should not surprise anyone that the author has announced his break from creating new content.
PewDiePie announced his decision at the end of one of his latest films. He argues his decision in a rather prosaic way - Felix is simply tired of his activities on the portal and he needs a break. The break will start at the beginning of 2020 and it is not known how long it will last.
