CD Projekt Red has built its reputation mainly by creating a series of games about The Witcher. For many years, however, CD Projekt Red has been working on its new title, Cyberpunk 2077. This game was actually supposed to be released some time ago, but the official premiere of this game was postponed several times. Ultimately, we got to the point when the work on the game was officially completed.

Cyberpunk 2077 received a gold status. In practice, this means that the work on the game has been officially completed and the game is ready for its premiere, and the files with the game have been sent to the pressing plant. On Twitter, CD Projekt Red officially confirmed that the game's release date will not change compared to the last announcements. This means that Cyberpunk 2077 will hit the market on 19th of November. Initially, the game will be released on computers, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. On the new generation consoles, i.e. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the game can also be played, but only as part of backward compatibility. A special game update is planned for next year, which will introduce many improvements for the new generation consoles and, importantly, this update will be available for free.
