Disney+ is a service that officially debuted on 12th of November 2019. Since then, Disney has been regularly withdrawing series and films to which it has rights from other streaming platforms so that they can be included in the proprietary subscription offered to customers. From the very beginning of the service, however, there is a significant limitation in its availability, as initially the platform was launched in only three countries. However, this list is gradually enlarged, and the year 2022 is going to bring a big improvement, because this year Disney+ is to debut in over 40 new countries.

As announced, Disney+ will debut this year in countries such as Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Morocco, North Macedonia, Oman, Palestine, Poland, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vatican and Yemen. The service is also to be launched in 11 other territories, such as the Faroe Islands, Gibraltar and French Polynesia. However, no specific date was given when the service would reach new areas. The price for the service, which will soon reach new countries, also remains a secret.
