Initially, all sources informed that Samsung significantly outpaced the competition by starting creating a foldable smartphone, but it turns out that the competition on this market will be very fierce. Most of large companies have already announced that they plan to create a foldable phone that will look like a tablet when it will be unfolded. There are many doubts related to the functionality of this idea, but if use of foldable smartphone will look similar as on the latest video showing upcoming Xiaomi's product, then such projects will soon be able to replace traditional smartphones.
On the Internet appeared short video which shows the way how foldable Xiaomi's smartphone works. Until now, the Chinese company hasn't announced its plans for creating such device, but movie that leaked to the Internet several hours ago seems to be enough to confirm that such a project actually exists. We don't know when we should potentially expect premiere of this phone.
