Google created the Go version of Android system some time ago. It is a version of the system dedicated to weaker phones, which by removing certain add-ons allows for comfortable use of phones even using a relatively small amount of RAM or weaker processors. Some new versions of the application have been made with such system in mind. These include Gmail, because an application called Gmail Go appeared on the market, which was initially available only for phones with Android Go. The manufacturer's plans have changed, however, and from now on Gmail Go is available globally.

The Gmail Go app is now available for all Android phones. It is a version that offers all the possibilities also available in the standard version of the application, but it uses less data transfer and RAM memory. Of course, the application is optimized to a large extent by reducing the amount of animation or overall smoothness of its operation including framerate, but if you only use Gmail once in a while, Gmail Go may be an interesting option for you.
