Number of users in database of Google Maps is increasing day by day. Official Google's app has become more popular than other navigation products, but Google wants to further develop the project. That's why Google is thinking about adding two new features to app, which so far are only in the beta phase, but they may be very useful for drivers.

Google began testing two new features: adding crash reports and pushing notifications about speed traps posted on the roads. Both functions work similarly - application will notify us when we are near a place of potential danger. In addition, users will be able to add new incidents from roads. This ensures that base of reports will be large and regularly updated. It is worth recalling that information about works on the function informing about accidents on Google Maps appeared a few months ago. For now, both functions are in the testing phase and only a certain number of users have access to them.
