Huawei is trying to keep in step the largest brands on the mobile market. At this moment the Chinese company isn't able yet to establish an equal fight with Samsung or Apple, but Huawei is stepping up its position on market, which is confirmed by the company's revenues. It is not without reason that the company's recently published financial report looks impressive, especially when we consider that in the past 12 months the smartphone market itself has seen a downward trend, and Huawei seems to be one of the few companies that aren't affected by this trend.
Published statistics indicate that the company has recorded about 107 billion dollars of revenues in 2018, and the profit from this amount of money is about 8.8 billion dollars. A significant part of the company's turnover comes from consumer business activity, which mainly focuses on the sale of smartphones. Huawei's activity in terms of creating network infrastructure also has positive impact on good results of the company. The Chinese market turned out to be the key market for Huawei, where the company took up 34% of all shipments. All these statistics indicate that soon Huawei will probably be able to oppose even the largest giants on the market, at least in financial terms.
