In early November, Twitter introduced a paid Twitter Blue subscription to the site after being acquired by Elon Musk. However, the service was malfunctioning, hence it was suspended, but now Twitter is relaunching it to the portal. Thanks to it, users will be able to edit their tweets and send recordings in better quality, among other things. Interestingly, to get such additional features on Twitter, iPhone users will have to pay more than people buying through a website or other mobile system.

Once the service returns to Twitter, its price is set to change. Initially, you had to pay 7.99$ a month for Twitter Blue. After the changes, the service will cost 7$ per month, and a separate price will be set for users purchasing directly from an iOS phone. All because of a hidden fee in the AppStore for iPhones. According to Apple's rules, the company charges 30% on each transaction made through the AppStore, and due to the desire to equalize earnings through various payment methods, Twitter decided to raise the prices of the service purchased through the AppStore to 11$. So far, the topic of Android has not been addressed and the changes only apply to the system from Apple.
