Samsung Galaxy Fold is one of the most awaited electronic devices this year. The phone was ready for mass sale a few weeks ago, but it turned out a large part of the devices manufactured so far had defects which indicated that phones can quickly get damaged, among others due to the lack of warning to not removing of the element similar to protective film, when it was actually part of the screen. Samsung decided to delay premiere of device, but for a long time we did not receive any information indicating when we could expect their new smartphone to be re-released. A few hours ago the producer spoke on this matter.
Samsung confirmed that the phone is ready to re-enter the market. On the official website of company we can read that device will be available for purchase from September. The main change from the first version of the phone is the change of the screen layer called Infinity Flex Display, which until now resembled a film protecting the screen, so now after unpacking this layer should not mislead clients after purchasing Galaxy Fold. In addition, several minor changes have been introduced such as increased display protection and reinforced hinges at the middle of screen. Price of the device probably will not change, so phone should cost about 1999 euro.
