It looks like some users have problems with Apple's iOS 9 installation. If you have received a screen like this below, dont panic, just try again, and then again. If nothing changes, you can install iOS9 manually by downloading the software on your pc and then install it via USB and iTunes. Yet, Apple's old music software (now replaced by Apple Music) will come in handy here.
