Another bad week for LG. Looks like their newest smartphone, LG G4, isn't getting warm welcome. South Korea reports that LG sales have been way below expectations.
240,000 units of G4 was sold by the end of June, that gives us about 3,500 units a day. Although that's not bad, when we compare it to the 1.3 million units of the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge smartphones that Samsung sold approximately during the same period in South Korea, things do not look so pretty.
Also, LG's goal was to sell at-least 70 million smartphones worldwide this year, including 12 million LG G4 units. Unfortunately for them, they have to revise their expectations.
