The first information about Mario Kart in the version dedicated to smartphones appeared relatively long ago, because they were released as early as February 2018. Since then, the game has not appeared on the market, although the manufacturer's initial assurances had indicated that the premiere of the Mario Kart Tour will take place in March 2019. Without earlier announcements this premiere was postponed to an indefinite date, but the producer published new reports a few hours ago with a specific, new release date.
As we can read on official Nintendo accounts in social media, the game will be available for download from 25th of September for both iOS users and customers with an Android device. The title itself in the store will be available to download for free, but to achieve high levels in the game you will need to pay fees for microtransactions, which will not be missing in Mario Kart Tour.
