Altough the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 Android 6.0 update was already available in last month, the software were pulled from the producent website.
It looks like the Marhsmallow is ready to be downloaded again from today, March 1.
The update has two parts: one changing the sofware version to 23.31.24 and the second part bringing Marshmallow.
The Android 6.0 Marshmallow has already been testedd on Motorola Droid Turbo 2 and the results were quite positive.
