How said rumors from beginning of the year, Google planned to launch two new Pixel phones in 2017. As it turns out, Google's plans are different, and probably during 2017 Google will release 3 devices from this series.
First one has codename "Muskie" and will follow-up to normal version of Pixel. Another option with codename "Walleye" will be new version of Pixel XL. Info about existence of these two projects has been known for a long time, but Google has also confirmed that company is working on another third device with codename Taimen. Under the name Taimen can hide new version of Motorola Nexus 6, and this device may have bigger screen than Pixel XL. Another rumor says that device with codename Taiwen can be the new Google tablet, which will be the first tablet made by Google since launching Pixel C in 2015.
Apart from this information Google recently confirmed that all Pixel devices which will be released in 2017 will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.
