OnePlus company since its appearance on the market in 2014 has gained a large group of supporters due to the production of attractive smartphones. Over time, however, the company expanded the scope of its activities, thanks to which there are already smart TVs or smartwatches produced by OnePlus available on the market. The company's areas of activity are constantly being expanded and the latest press reports indicate that it is only a matter of time until OnePlus appears on the tablet market.
On the website of the European Union Intellectual Property Office we can find information about the trademarking of the name OnePlus Pad, which clearly indicates the creation of a new type of device by a Chinese manufacturer. However, this is not too much of a surprise, as other companies owned by BBK Electronics, such as Realme or Vivo, have also announced that they are thinking about creating their proprietary tablets. So far, we do not know any details about the upcoming tablet from OnePlus. It is possible that for now the company has only decided to register the trademark, and the tablet itself will only appear on the market after some time, but we will have to wait a while for the official statement from OnePlus on the registration of the trademark.
