Buying smartphones on the day of the premiere may be risky looking from the perspective of the customer, because it often happens that the first units of new phone have various types of defects. Same problem happened with OnePlus 7 Pro. Some copies of this phone can sometimes reset randomly, which can be irritating especially when you are waiting for an important phone call. As it turns out, this is not a common problem, but the producer is aware of its existence and it took the floor in this matter.
The producer announced that in the future firm will release an update which will solve the problem. Until it appears on the market, users will have to deal with this problem in other ways, but there is no effective way to fix the error right now. Temporarily helps "soft reset" of the phone, but after a while problem returns. It remains to wait for the official update from the manufacturer.
