Four days ago Snapchat received one of the biggest updates in the app's history. Snap Inc. decided to change completely design of their app - when we swipe left we will see "Friends" menu, which in practice is combination of your friends’ Snaps and messages with Stories menu, which in the previous versions appeared when we swiped right. Now these all messages are located in the one place, and when we swipe right we will see "Discover" page, which in practice shows us Snapchats of the most popular users.
The newest update is strongly criticized by users. They attack Snap Inc. because new look of app is in their opinion nonfunctional, and they would like to see previous design of Snapchat again. On the Internet even more than 800,000 people have signed an online petition in this topic, but we don't expect this to have an effect on Snap Inc. Probably Snapchat will look the same, and all we can to do is to deal with changes.
