Earlier, Google announced that soon in the Google Fit application there will be an option to control your body only by using the phone's camera. The new function will allow you to check the heart rate in body and to control the number of breaths we take per minute. To test it, you only need the front or main camera on the phone and the Google Fit application installed.

Heart rate control is to be done by placing a finger on the main camera. This technology was used in various applications before, but now Google has decided to use it to control the health of users. The test of the number of breaths will be examined using the front camera, when the users place their face and torso in front of the lens, thanks to which the phone will record how often the person breathes. Google, however, stipulates that the function should not be treated as a medical aid, but only as a curiosity. For now, we know that the feature will hit phones from the Pixel series in the coming days, but over time it will also be added to other devices using Android system.
