An improved version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor by Qualcomm has just appeared on the market, but the company is already working on the standard premiere of its flagship unit scheduled for the winter. Typically, Qualcomm has released new proprietary flagship units so far in early December, but this year it may be a bit faster. Interestingly, this is indicated by information published accidentally by the manufacturer.
The calendar on the official website of Qualcomm mentioned that the Snapdragon Summit conference this year was scheduled for 14-17th of November. It is during this type of event that the manufacturer decides to premiere its flagship processor each year, and it will almost certainly be the same now with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. However, this information was quickly removed from the site, which may indicate that it was shared by accident. It is also possible that the date of the conference posted on the website was incorrect and it will be changed in the future.
