For some time now, Apple has been selling its phones without a charger in the set, arguing this with the company's pro-ecological approach. Apple assumes that most home users have enough chargers to charge their new phone, and an additional charger can be purchased separately if necessary. Over time, a similar trend has emerged from other smartphone manufacturers. Now even the Xiaomi sub-brand, Redmi, decides to take a similar step.

Xiaomi itself has already started selling phones without a charger in the past, which was the case, among others, with the Mi 11 phone. As for the Redmi series, the first phone to appear on the market without a charger in the set is to be Redmi Note 11SE. This is evidenced by the description from the manufacturer, because the descriptions of all phones, except for the Note 11SE model mentioned above, have a hint about the charger added to the basic set.
