Phone manufacturers are outdoing each other in the aspect of the main lens used in the cameras of their flagship devices. This is one of the aspects in which we can see huge differences between most phones on the market. Currently, several manufacturers are working on developing a set that will include an impressive 150mpx lens. One of these producers is Samsung.
Samsung is in the process of developing its new main camera setup for smartphones, which will be relatively big, because the whole main camera will have size about one inch. The main part of it, of course, will be a sensor with size of 150mpx, which will allow for combination of nine pixels into one, and ultimately created images will have resolution of 16mpx. What's interesting, there are many indications that it is not Samsung phones that will be the first to receive a new lens. The latest reports indicate that the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi will be the first company which will use a 150mpx lens in its phones. There is a chance that the first Xiaomi's flagship with a 150mpx lens will appear on the market in the last quarter of this year.
