Phones with foldable screens seem to be the future of the mobile market. Most of the most popular companies already have or will have this type of device in their portfolio in the nearest future. From the customer's perspective, phones with foldable screen can be treated more as a curiosity, because their price doesn't allow them to be sold on a massive scale, but over time their price will certainly be lower. Manufacturers have to adapt to the market and one of the companies which is aware of this situation is Samsung, so it is not surprising that we received reports which indicate that Samsung works on the new phone, which is supposed to be a cheaper version of Galaxy Fold.

The phone Samsung is working on has been given the code name SM-F700F, but for now we do not know much about its specifications. It is certain that the device would receive 256GB of internal memory, and in other respects we must certainly expect some cuts from the manufacturer's side if the phone is to be available on the market at a lower price than Galaxy Fold. Despite this, information about the works on the cheaper, foldable smartphone manufactured by Samsung will surely please many fans of the brand.
