The site Leaksfly states that the Asus PadFone S2 will be released next March, powered by the Snapdragon 820.

If you're not familiar with the PadFone series, the phone connects to a dock on the tablet and becomes the "brains" of the slate. Pricing and availability are unknown at the moment.
